Comments: Hi Steve
Talked toyota's back in July, I was driving a Tundra. Watch the web cams almost every day and the daily pics too. Can't say enough about the town of Cooke City and the escape that the cams give us even here in the Black Hills. If you know the couple that got engaged on the mountian side, that was in your pics let them know that we were married on a Black Hills ridge overlooking the Badlands at sunrise and that was 28 years ago. You can't get any better that a mountian top wedding. We will see you next year. Thanks for all you are doing!!!!!!!!!!!

I can not believe a place like this exists here on earth.  Our stay in Cooke City has only left me begging my wife to move here.  Our stay at the Sinclair was without a doubt our best stay anywhere, including Disney! ! ! The hospitality at the Sinclair and all over town was a super experience.  One that I hope to do again sometime soon.  I visit the site M-F on my lunch hour and would be lost without it.  I send web shots to my office to use as wallpaper on my computer.  May GOD bless your little town to be there for years to come.

Hello guys. My Husband and friends have been going to your awesome town for years now. I just wish some year they will bring us wives. In the mean time I know the guys are having a blast since they go 2-3 times a year for a week or so each trip. They guys hate to leave sometimes but they know better then to leave us lonely women alone to long. They love the snow and love the challenges it brings. Hope to see you soon.

I was in Cooke City in September. I had been there before many years ago and fell in love with the area. I can imagine the seculsion you have there in the winter. I'd love it. All the snowmobile activity looks fun. Nice way to get around.

I visit your site daily to see what is happening.

From Adams, Wisconsin we wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Hello everyone in Cooke City and whoever reads this where ever you may be. My family and I went to Cooke City in August from the 18th thru the 25th of 2006. It was the best vacation ever. Everyone we met was so friendly and welcoming. We were there for my sisters wedding which was along a part of the Soda Butte Creek in Silver Gate. Misty and Kenny used to live in Cooke, now they have an awesome cabin in Silver Gate. Many of you in Cooke may know my sister. Misty Blankenship. Now she is Misty Polk. Her husband Kenny works at Miners and Misty works at the Northeast Entrance to Yellowstone. They are a great couple. If my husband could find a good electrical job up there, we would be there in a second. Everybody made us feel so welcome. Me and my husband would walk down the street and all the locals we knew would shout and big "hello how are you?" They were so nice. Most of the time they would call us by name. I would love for our kids to grow up there. The Sinclair has some awesome gifts that we took home to our family. I check out the webcams daily just to see if I know anyone walking around and to check out the weather. We can't wait to come back to Cooke City. The Beartooth Highway is the most incredible drive. We took some great pictures. I wish I had known the the Sinclair take pictures of visitors. We definitely would have done it. Hope to see you guys soon.

I was born and raised in Billings, but currently live in southern CA. For some reason I find the need to visit my sister on Hebgen Lake and venture into Yellowstone Park quite often. We have visited Cooke city for many years in the fall. I really enjoy the friendly little town. We also enjoy watching the seasons change via the webcam. We live in east texas and the weather seldom changes drastically. For ex. today is Nov. 13, 2005 and it is 80 degrees. Hope you have a great holiday season and we will continue to keep track of Y-stone and Cooke city via webcams.
