We are known all over the world as a great snowmobile destination in the winter season. Arctic Cat, Yamaha, Polaris & Ski-doo Snowmobile Company’s test their products up here. We have two businesses in town that are dealers for Arctic Cat, Yamaha & Polaris, Ski-doo. You are able to rent snowmobiles right here in town. The dealerships in town carry many spare parts for your convenience. We also carry snowmobile gear, avalanche beacons, probes, shovels & accessories are just a few things we have in our store. We also rent avalanche beacons, Tracker’s & Ortovox X1. Most of our customers bring there own snowmobiles and will ride in from the east the last 10 miles to town, the road is out to the east is closed during the winter time for snowmobiles only.
In the summer, animal watching is very popular especially after the re-introduction of the wolves. Bear, Moose, Wolves, Elk & Bison are just a few of the animals you can see in early spring in Yellowstone National Park. Fly fishing is a very popular sport when the trout start running.
